一、關(guān)于大賽:
設(shè)計(jì)是一種推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新的思維模式，是提供“以人為本”的可持續(xù)發(fā)展解決方案。設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)不只是為生活和商業(yè)服務(wù)，同時(shí)也伴有藝術(shù)性的創(chuàng)作。設(shè)計(jì)在應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)面臨的各種挑戰(zhàn)，改善人們生活水平，起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
金戴國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)（簡(jiǎn)稱金戴獎(jiǎng)），以“設(shè)計(jì)改變未來(lái)”為精神，向全球范圍內(nèi)專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)及設(shè)計(jì)師公開(kāi)甄選具有國(guó)際水平的杰出設(shè)計(jì)作品。金戴獎(jiǎng)作品的評(píng)選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不僅注重于卓越的設(shè)計(jì)表現(xiàn)，更青睞于在文化、教育、商業(yè)、社會(huì)方式、可持續(xù)發(fā)展各方面具有杰出貢獻(xiàn)的設(shè)計(jì)作品。
二、舉辦機(jī)構(gòu):
指導(dǎo)：國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)師 (香港) 協(xié)會(huì)
主辦：金戴®國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)組委會(huì)
認(rèn)證：IDA Professional Technology Qualification Assessment Committee.
三、參賽資格:
從事設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作的專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)、院校師生或設(shè)計(jì)師均可參賽，大賽設(shè)置如下兩個(gè)類別。
①專業(yè)組 ②院校組
參賽作品必須原創(chuàng)，不設(shè)主題，可以是得到實(shí)際應(yīng)用或是未得到實(shí)際應(yīng)用的概念作品,參賽作品以團(tuán)隊(duì)提交的，作者不能超過(guò)三人。
四、參賽類別:
A：視覺(jué)傳達(dá)類：平面設(shè)計(jì)、企業(yè)形象、標(biāo)志設(shè)計(jì)、包裝設(shè)計(jì)、書(shū)籍設(shè)計(jì)、海報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)等;
B：工業(yè)產(chǎn)品類：工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、文創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)、首飾設(shè)計(jì)、家居設(shè)計(jì)等;
C：環(huán)境空間類：環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、展示設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)等;
五、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置:
依據(jù)金戴國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)組委會(huì)評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，將從所有合格參賽作品中評(píng)選出具備內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)性，藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)性，原創(chuàng)獨(dú)特性的作品，確定入選獎(jiǎng)作品，并從中設(shè)置以下獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)：
①金戴等級(jí)獎(jiǎng)：金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)、銅獎(jiǎng)、提名獎(jiǎng)。
②金戴成果獎(jiǎng)：金戴貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)、金戴組織獎(jiǎng)、金戴指導(dǎo)獎(jiǎng)。
注：成果獎(jiǎng)申報(bào)條件為組織6件及以上合格參賽作品的機(jī)構(gòu)、院校或指導(dǎo)老師（需要單獨(dú)提交《金戴成果獎(jiǎng)申報(bào)表》到組委會(huì)郵箱），同時(shí)被推薦授予國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)師（香港）協(xié)會(huì)終身會(huì)員資格。（詳細(xì)請(qǐng)查閱《金戴成果獎(jiǎng)申報(bào)表》）
六、獲獎(jiǎng)權(quán)益:
①金戴獎(jiǎng)組委會(huì)為各等級(jí)獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撸ê脒x獎(jiǎng)）頒發(fā)紙質(zhì)獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)。
②金戴獎(jiǎng)等級(jí)獎(jiǎng)獲得者可被推薦獲國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)師（香港）協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員資格，及IDA專業(yè)技術(shù)資格評(píng)定委員會(huì)之國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)師（特級(jí)/高級(jí)/中級(jí)/初級(jí)）資格。
③獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)呖捎谰檬褂?GoldenCrown®標(biāo)識(shí)，僅限于獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)叩墨@獎(jiǎng)作品的標(biāo)記之用。
七、作品提交:
為倡導(dǎo)環(huán)保，本次設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)之參賽作品只需通過(guò)郵件提交，若因后續(xù)工作需要，組委會(huì)可能會(huì)通知相關(guān)作者提交作品原件。
提交要求：參賽作品以尺寸 A4 （210mm*297mm）、300dpi（2M內(nèi)）、RGB 模式、存儲(chǔ)為JPEG格式（最多不超過(guò)5張），與《金戴獎(jiǎng)申報(bào)表》壓縮為一個(gè)檔包發(fā)送至郵箱:GoldenCrown@163.com（發(fā)郵件名稱格式：參賽者姓名+類別）。
八、時(shí)間安排：
①作品提交期：2020年10月1日 – 2021年2月28日;
②作品評(píng)審期：2021年3月;
③獲獎(jiǎng)公告期：2021年4月;
④證書(shū)頒發(fā)期：2021年5月;
注：大賽各階段安排會(huì)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況略作調(diào)整，請(qǐng)關(guān)注大賽微信公眾號(hào)或留意郵箱有關(guān)大賽的通知（需將組委會(huì)郵箱GoldenCrown@163.com設(shè)定在郵件通訊錄及白名單中）。
八、評(píng)審費(fèi)用
① 專業(yè)組作品評(píng)審費(fèi)用為RMB250元/件；
② 院校組作品評(píng)審費(fèi)用為RMB100元/件。
注：參賽作品為系列作品的，按一件作品繳納評(píng)審費(fèi)。
僅支持支付寶繳納評(píng)審費(fèi)，支付寶賬號(hào)：189–4877–1114（認(rèn)準(zhǔn)GoldenCrown®標(biāo)識(shí)）。
匯款時(shí)需備注作者姓名，并將匯款憑證拍照或截圖，粘貼于《金戴獎(jiǎng)申報(bào)表》中，與作品一起發(fā)送到組委會(huì)郵箱。

十、相關(guān)申明：
①參賽者自負(fù)稿責(zé)，參賽者需完全擁有參賽作品的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。
②因參賽者提交的作品和有關(guān)信息產(chǎn)生的一切法律糾紛和責(zé)任，均由參賽者承擔(dān)。
③賽事組織方擁有參賽作品及有關(guān)信息的宣傳、出版、發(fā)行、展示的權(quán)利。
④投稿者視為同意本次大賽的各條款，賽事組織方擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
⑤對(duì)本次賽事規(guī)則產(chǎn)生的任何疑議，組織方保留最終解釋權(quán)，與本次設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)有關(guān)的任何未盡事宜，均由組織方進(jìn)一步制定規(guī)則并進(jìn)行解釋。

2020 GoldenCrown® International Design Award
General Regulations
I. About the Contest:
Design is a way of thinking that drives innovation, to provide sustainable development solutions “putting people first”. The tasks of design are not only to serve life and business but also accompanied by artistic creation. Coping with challenges in society, design improves people’s living standard and plays a vital role.
With the spirit of "design changes the future", GoldenCrown International Design Award (referred to as GoldenCrown Award) is openly soliciting outstanding design works of international standards from professional institutions and designers around the world. The selection criteria of the GoldenCrown Award works not only focus on excellent design performance, but also favor design works with outstanding contributions in all aspects including culture, education, business, social methods, and sustainable development.
II. Organizer:
Guider: International Designers (Hong Kong) Association
Organizer: GoldenCrown® International Design Award Organizing Committee
Certifier: IDA Professional Technology Qualification Assessment Committee.
III. Participation Qualifications:
Professional institutions, college teachers and students or designers who are engaged in design creation can participate. The contest is set up in the following two categories.
①Professional group ②College group
Entries must be original. There is no theme given. They can be conceptual works that have been practically applied or have not been practically applied. If an entry is submitted as a team, there shall be not more than three authors.
IV. Competing Categories:
A: Visual communication: graphic design, corporate image, logo design, packaging design, book design, poster design, etc.;
B: Industrial products: industrial design, product design, structural design, cultural and creative design, jewelry design, home design, etc.;
C: Environmental space category: environmental design, architectural design, landscape design, interior design, display design, planning design, etc.;
V. Award Settings:
According to the selection criteria of the GoldenCrown International Design Award Organizing Committee, works with accurate content, artistic expression and original uniqueness will be selected from all qualified entries. The selected works will be determined and the following awards will be set:
①GoldenCrown Grade Awards: Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, Nomination Award.
②GoldenCrown Achievement Awards: GoldenCrown Contribution Award, GoldenCrown Organization Award, GoldenCrown Guidance Award.
Note: The application conditions for the Achievement Awards are organizations, colleges or instructors that organize 6 or more qualified entries (a separate GoldenCrown Achievement Award Application Form needs to be submitted to the mailbox of the organizing committee), and at the same time, being recommended to obtain the membership of International Designers (Hong Kong) Association. (Please refer to the GoldenCrown Achievement Award Application Form for details)
VI. Winner Rights:
①The GoldenCrown Award Organizing Committee will issue paper award certificates to the winners of each grade award (including the selected awards).
②GoldenCrown Award winners can be recommended to obtain the membership of the International Designers (Hong Kong) Association, and the International Designer (Special/Advanced/Intermediate/Elementary) qualifications of the IDA Professional Technical Qualification Committee.
③The winners can use the GoldenCrown® logo permanently, which is only used for marking the winning works of the winners.
VII. Submission of Works:
To promote environmental protection, the entries for this Design Award only need to be submitted by e-mail. If necessary due to follow-up work, the organizing committee may notify the relevant authors to submit the original works.
Submission requirements: Entries should be in size A4 (210mm*297mm), 300dpi (within 2M), RGB mode, stored in JPEG format (not more than 5 sheets), compressed into one file with the GoldenCrown Award Application Form and sent to the e-mail address: GoldenCrown@163.com (e-mail name format: contestant name + category).
VIII. Schedule:
①The submission period of works: 2020.10.1 – 2021.2.28;
②The review period of works: 2021.3;
③Award announcement period: 2021.4;
④Certificate issuance period: 2021.5;
Note: The arrangements for each stage of the contest will be slightly adjusted according to the actual situation. Please follow the WeChat official account of the contest or pay attention to the e-mail notification about the contest (the organizing committee’s e-mail address GoldenCrown@163.com needs to be set in the mail address book and whitelist).
VIII. Review Fee
①The review fee for the professional group’s works is RMB250/piece; ②The review fee for the college group’s works is RMB100/piece.
Note: If the entries are a series of works, the review fee shall be paid as per one work.
Pay the review fee only by Alipay, Alipay account number: 189-4877-1114 (look for the GoldenCrown® logo).
The author’s name should be remarked at the time of remittance. Take a photo or screenshot of the remittance voucher, paste it in the GoldenCrown Award Declaration Form, and send it to the organizing committee's mailbox with the work.

X. Relevant Declarations:
①Contestants are responsible for the draft, and they must fully own the intellectual property rights of the entries.
② All legal disputes and liability arising from the works and related information submitted by the contestants shall be borne by the contestants.
③The organizer of the contest has the right to publicize, publish, distribute and display the entries and related information.
④ Contributors are deemed to agree to the terms of this contest, and the organizer of the contest has the final right of interpretation.
⑤The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation for any doubts arising from the rules of this contest. For any uncovered matters related to this Design Award, the organizer will further formulate rules and explain them.
